Here's a little history about our company.

In the fall of 2007....

     In the fall of 2007 our head baker and owner, Washieka Torres, decided to start baking from her home in New York City after years of convincing from her friends and colleagues. While in college she began to work on the flyers and perfecting the recipes that had been passed down to her from her great grandmother and grandmother. She also began to add spins of her own to classic recipes such as brownies and various cakes. She is now a Graduate student using the money she makes from baking to help pay for the rising cost of college.

Our Business Philosophy....

     Since 2007 we have catered office parties, family holiday gatherings and charity events with everything from Angel Food Cake to Premium Pumpkin Pie . Our baked goods are the perfect informal birthday gift. With so much variety, there's something for everyone We believe in only using the highest grade of quality ingredients, using name brands such as Domino'sŪ for sugar and King ArthurŪ for flour. We use tradition methods of making delicious food by hand. We also understand the dietary needs of maturing individuals and people of different lifestyle choices. This means we also have sugar substitutes for diabetics and non dairy options or non gluten options for people who find it difficult to satisfy their sweet tooth urges with restrictions.
